I was startled and sorry to see my former roommates passing. He was a regular at mass at SJU every morning and had been a boyhood alter boy. It was startling to see his funeral at a Lutheran service and describing himself as a christian. Profound change.

Allen and I were so sorry to hear the news that Dan had died. Our sympathies to you, Kathy, Dean and Kristine and your families. We so enjoyed knowing you all when you lived here in Houston. Your music and your teaching at church was very important to us as young parents. We will never forget you and will keep you in our prayers at this time of change in your lives. I know your faith will sustain you. Hazel Potvin

On behalf of all of us here at the Stevens Point Area YMCA, please accept our sincere condolences. Dan was instrumental in establishing, developing and maintaining our YMCA community gardens both here and at YMCA Camp Glacier Hollow. With Dan's help, 1000's of pounds of fresh produce have been donated to those in need in our community. We are forever grateful for his leadership and involvement. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this sad time. Rest in peace Dan, and thank you.

Daniel was very supportive when I was developing the Ethnobotanical Garden at the UWSP Science Building Courtyard. I visited his garden in more than one occasion to get design ideas from him and his lovely wife. I really enjoyed their hospitality and support. Please receive my most sincere condolences.

Dean, my wife Kathy and I are so very sorry for your loss. In 1991 we both attended your father's Computer Information System capstone class - Applied Software and Development. We will always remember Dr. Goulet for his great knowledge and his willingness to share it with his students and help them succeed. We will keep you and your family in our prayers.
