Condolence From: Shelley Strojny
Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom always made me feel like I was one of her own children. She had a way of sharing her wisdom in a gentle, comforting way. I have many fond memories of time spent at the Firkus house. “Auntie” Arlene was always the center of those memories with her great cooking and beautiful, welcoming smile. Grief is the price for love lost in this life, but I hope you can also find joy in your mom’s memory and comfort knowing she is with our Lord. Please know I am here for your family and how much I value your friendship! Love to all.

Condolence From: Lori Shroda
Condolence: Sincere sympathy to the Firkus family. Arlene and I were friends from the time she moved here as a young girl. Together we watched our kids grow and although life might get busy at times preventing us from visiting as often as we would like, we would always pick up right where we left off. Arlene always had a cup of coffee, warm smile and just the right thing to say. The world lost a beautiful person, but heaven gained a lovely angel. May your family be comforted with all the beautiful memories your mom left with you.

Condolence: Lenny, Audrey, Chris and Paula,

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your wife and mother. I just saw her and your dad at Copps about a month ago. You have our deepest sympathy during this sad time. Cherish the memories you have made. Arlene will be watching over all of you, as well as the grandkids - she's your guardian angel now. Her and Lenny were our neighbors (about 1 miles down the highway) for several years. Prayers to the family.

Condolence From: Milton Campbell
Condolence: The passing of a dear loved one, is a difficult experience for family members. Sorry for your loss. It is through the privilege of prayer, that a bereaved family can experience God's love and comfort in the most intimate way. May the family find comfort through prayerful reliance on Jehovah, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He invites you all to throw your burdens on him and he will sustain you in this time of grief, because he cares for you. Psalms 55:22; 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4. 1 Peter 5:6, 7.
