Sandra (Sandy) L Braatz, age 54, of Junction City passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020 peacefully at her home.
Sandy was born in Stevens Point, January 26, 1966, to David and Loraine Wiernik. She attended and graduated Stevens Point Area Senior High. She continued to work on her parent's dairy farm and later worked for herself, cleaning houses. Sandy married Kory Braatz September 19th, 1992 at St. Bartholomew. Sandy enjoyed being outside in the sun, and decorating houses. Cleaning was a huge pet peeve of hers. She was always ready to talk and loved being the life of the party.
Sandy is survived by her husband Kory, and her son Baylor (Olivia) Braatz. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Lorraine Wiernik.
There will be a visitation at Shuda Funeral Chapel - 3200 Stanley St, Stevens Point on Thursday July 23, from 5:00 to 7:00pm followed by a prayer service. A private burial will be held Friday at St. Bartholomew.
